By registering for or using JobMatch Solutions you accept these Terms and Conditions. They form the legal basis of every agreement between JobMatch Solutions GmbH and its users.
JobMatch Solutions operates a digital platform for career orientation and talent acquisition. We provide tools that connect companies with suitable candidates.
- Creating and evaluating competency and personality profiles
- Publishing and managing job postings
- Forwarding suitable candidate profiles to employers
You must provide accurate information. Each person may only maintain one account per role (talent or employer).
- Keep your login credentials confidential and protect them from third parties.
- Update personal information without delay if it changes.
- Notify support immediately if you suspect misuse.
Employers guarantee that published content is correct, up to date and free from third-party rights.
- Vacancies must include complete information about duties, requirements and employment conditions.
- Feedback to candidates should be timely and respectful.
- Disable listings immediately once a role has been filled.
Core features for talents are free of charge. Advanced employer features are billed according to the current price list. Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction.
You can delete your account at any time with effect for the future. Ordered services remain in place until fulfilled. We reserve the right to terminate for cause at any time.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties (cardinal obligations).
- Liability for slightly negligent breaches of cardinal obligations is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
- We are liable for data loss only if you have made appropriate backups.
- Liability for loss of profit is excluded.
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and use it solely to perform the contract and improve our services.
We may amend these terms if justified interests require it. We will inform you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not object, the changes are deemed accepted.
Austrian law applies without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
